Yes! Diamond Dental Plan covers speciality care such as Endodontists, Oral Surgeons, Orthodontists, Pediatric Dentists, Periodontists, Prosthodontists, and TMJ Specialits at 20 - 25% off of UCR fees!!
Is Diamond Dental Plan Insurance?
Diamond Dental Plan is NOT Insurance It is a dental plan in which our 1500 dental providers have agreed to provide dental services to all members at a reduced fee.
Who is Eligible to Enroll?
Any individual and spouse are eligible, along with dependant children up to age 19 or age 24 if full time students. Membership is available to all individuals without regard to age, income, or employment status.
